"large room with excellent air conditioning a real plus during very hot weather. Great location. On the downside, there is one small elevator for all guests and cleaning staff that often stalled due to "overload." This made it difficult to get to our room and to depart the hotel."

My only "issue" was that my converter wasn't compatible with the outlet in my room; when I started to ask where I could purchase one on a Sunday I was presented with a basket of options to choose from."

"We had a fantastic stay. The staff are amazing. The location is perfect - right next to the subway line and walkable to everywhere - safe, surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. The breakfast is good - very convenient with delicious coffee - we sat out front every morning and ate breakfast while watching the city come to life - it’s a great spot! Rooms are nice, clean, private and the bed was comfortable."

"We selected the hotel based on its location and size only. It’s across the street from Notre Dame and only has 10 rooms. It’s an old building that was nicely restored. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The hotel is located on a main street and is very noisy at all hours. I mean all hours midnight and 3am making sleeping very difficult. They offer a serve yourself continental breakfast for 18 euros which really isn’t worth it. We only had it once. The staff is polite."

"This hotel is in a great, central location. Beyond that there’s not much to recommend. The room is tiny. The toilet seats are very uncomfortable. The shower is unwieldy. The breakfast is lame and not worth it, especially since feet away you have wonderful cafes with much better fare for less money. Most of the staff was nice but some were unnecessarily testy."

"I would leave my room for the day and come back at 4pm and it hadn’t been cleaned. Then went to dinner and came home at 10 and it still never was cleaned the whole day. Happened another time all day. Terrible."

"Overall, a very great stay! The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. The laundry service was ok, the clothes did not dry very well however we air dried it in the room and that worked for us! There is also a heated drying rack in the bathroom that worked well. Air conditioning was good and staff were very prompt with responses. Our shower drain was slow the first night and they took care of it the next morning. Only negative would be check in took a bit longer than we would’ve...
