Holiday Inn Norwich City by IHG
The young lady on reception gave us an upgrade on arrival , to a room with a pitch view . She also arranged for us to have room service so that we could watch the match as the restaurant was so busy . She really went above and beyond to make our stay special

The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes.
