"If you want a fancy hotel that will charge you a fortune, this is not the place for you. But if you want a hotel that's very well located (5 minutes by bus from the airport), lovely staff, always friendly and happy to help, great food, with easy free public transport to the centre of town, this is your place. We couldn't be happier with our choice of a hotel and I highly recommend it."

"It was very efficient and convenient to be able to check in online in advance. The room was small but functional and comfortable. As mentioned in the reviews, the shower room was small, but I didn't mind. It was nice that the tap water was drinkable. I stayed in a triple room (double bed + bunk bed), but when lying on the double bed, I hit my hip on the corner (bottom part) of the bunk bed. My wife also hit her hip, so I don’t think it was just my carelessness. I’m sure other guests have also...

"Un hotel a 100 m dai mercatini natalizi. Un albergo che resta nel cuore soprattutto nel periodo natalizio. La hall e la sala hobby ti accolgono con decorazioni belle ma allo stesso tempo familari, ti ricordano gli addobbi di casa. Il personale è gentilissimo. Al piano -1 c’è un comodo parcheggio non convenzionato con l’hotel. Bisogna tornarci"

"The hotel was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would have preferred the bed to have had a thinner duvet as the room was hot and it was too noisy too sleep with the window open. There were tea making facilities in the room and the receptionists were happy to supply extra tea bags when asked. The hotel is 2 minutes away from bus stops to and from the main station, and near a major landmark so it's easy to find. It's also within walking distance of the shopping centre and tourist spots.
