Affordable. But front liners should be consistent in providing good service to guests. Curtains should be changed to darker shade. Wifi is weak for some rooms. Guard should be trained to greet guests upon arrival or leaving the property.

Quite depressing

The hotel is located fairly close to the port and shopping mall but the area itself is very run down which I guess matches perfectly the hotel. Everything is tired and in desperate need for repair. In short this is not a place you would want to stay for more than a night.

Good value for the money

A bit on the side street but nice and cozy. If you are looking for a place to stay with reasonable price - this the hotel for you.

Good enough

The room was nice. But there was a problem with the hot water. I had to request for a pale of hot water to mix with the cold because i had to bathe my baby. I also had to pay 50 pesos for the ironing od my baby's clothes. Overall.. they are very accommodating. Good room good service. I can recommend this to my friends.

Close to almost nothing

The hotel is to crump, aircon unbearable noise. TV and fridge sometimes work. Cabinet was place in a tight place with 2 hangers, no WiFi in the room, bed hard and pillow is old and very2 soft. But the +side the staff are good and the rooms are clean, over all the hotel are good for transient who stay overnight or 1-2 days only but not long term.

The price seemed a good price. The customer service when I got there could have been better but they were not rude. The rooms were adequate as long as you don't mind the mold/mildew musty odor nor six legged traveling roommates.

It should have been ok

Walking distance to Robinsons Mall. Homey place. Have small fridge inside the room, free soap and shampoo. Quiet place located in an alley. Shower heater was not working and shower head maybe is choked thats why water is not coming out properly. I emailed before our arrival date to make sure that heater is working but it was a disappointment. Almost catch cold using a cold water to shower using the faucet.

Okay hotel til en enkelt overnatning eller to. Fine værelser, men badeværelserne trænger til en kærlig hånd. Personalet var ikke særligt imødekommende og venligt.

Don't expect too much from this Hostel. It very basic and very little amenities. The location was good because it was only a few meters away from Robinson's place, banks, school and other establishments. Jeepneys pass by the street so it was a plus point and accessible. The staff were polite but somehow too shy to interact with their guests. The room we got was spacious enough for the 4 of us, but it has limited electric outlets. It was a good thing though that they lent us an extension cord. The room has 2 double beds enough for 4 adults. But 1 bed was squeaky everytime we moved. It was a good thing that wifi was available in our room. The ensuite bathroom does not have hot and cold shower. We also had a mini ref which was okay. The plus point i can give this dormitel is that it was cheap and it has an elevator. Breakfast is not included in the room price.

Great value for the peso !!!

I was a bit apprehensive at first because we had to walk down a dark alley to get to the hotel. I was worried about what I had gotten myself into! But once we were inside, everything changed. The staff was friendly and professional. Good elevator. Very comfortable room with a first rate bathroom. My girlfriend, her two boys, and I all enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely go back. This is a particularly good place for a family traveling on a budget and not picky about location.
