"Kundenservice war schrecklich. Ich kam an der Unterkunft an und das Zimmer welches ich gebucht habe war von jemand anderes besetzt. Keiner hat mich Bescheid gegeben. Somit bin ich gegangen und habe das Geld zurückverlangt. Sie wollten es mir nicht geben. Am Telefon waren die sehr unfreundlich und somit bin ich ins Büro gefahren und habe ein Aufstand gemacht. The location is exceptionally good; you can get everywhere in the city center on foot and don't need public transportation. However, due to its central location, the apartment is very noisy, making sleep possible only with earplugs. He let us in and called the manager for us. We booked a 4 person family suite, and didn’t get the room the first night.
