"The hotel it's beautiful but the staff from reception let it down, the gentleman make us feel more like arriving to a precint asking us for the identification and credit card. No giving us a warm welcome. Then, he gave us the last room (disabled room i might add). But the staff from the restaurant at breakfast, they were so helpful.
