"We only stayed one night but it was well worth it. The hotel is conveniently located near the pavilion shopping mall which is their main shopping area and it is connected with air conditioned walkway which was nice. We didn't get to participate in breakfast or dinner or the pool but all looked great. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend. "

"I am very happy to stay JW Marriott Kulalumpur. Last 2 time I was stayed at Westin kula lumpur but their service was not up to the mark. Then one of my friend suggest me to stay here. Their service is very remarkable. Specially a Bangladeshi employee ( Md Sohel) is working in room service, his service is very prompt and very helpful also reliable.
