"The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. And everything appears to be new and well maintained. The artwork everywhere adds to the personality of the place. Staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great. Very accommodating with the airport transfers and anything else that you ask about/for. Highly recommended!"

"Location is good in terms of restaurants and shopping and hotel is clean. However check-in experience was lacking. I had requested early check in or an extra night since our flight came in early. They took so long to reply that when they did they were booked. Had to wait in the lobby for hours and they didn´t advise the room was ready until I went up to ask. Rooms do not have AC only an HVAC system that is not efficient. This is not advised anywhere on the listing. The room feels...

"They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."

"More of a dried up Hostel than Hotel. What Amenities? I was DECEIVED. I want a REFUND, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact EXPEDIA, so I write this Review. First, Location is very good, just 2 minutes behind Quicentro, a Fabulous Shopping & Dining Mall. BUT! I Reserved an Apartment Suite, multi-rooms & Kitchen. "The property is located in a great location in Quito, lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to press a buzzer to have a staff member come and physically let you in every time. An automated unlock would be nice but not huge issue. The breakfast was good, they cooked fresh eggs to your liking. The only detractor was some cleanliness issues with our room, mainly a used bar of soap left in the shower from a previous guest....
