This is a new, very nice hotel. It has all the amenities and very good service. It is easy to get to and in a relatively safe area. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. Unfortunately, since it's on a main road it can be a little noisy at night. Overall, definitely worth the price.

The hotel is locate in Quito's centro. The shopping center is right across the street. We can also see a portion of park. The room are spacious. It had refrigerators, hair dryer, coffee maker. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We left the luggage in the hotel when we went to Galapagos Islands for a few days. The breakfast are delicious.

We love Quito and this hotel was a great location for our visit this time. The staff are wonderful, very attentive. The breakfast was good, good selection. Loved using the gym and it’s on 9th floor so the views are incredible, couldn’t find TV remote there though. Our room was HUGE (king bed superior) but a lot of the space was useless, example: lovely sofa but tv was in bedroom area. Would stay again for sure

The staff at check in were very helpful. I was under the impression that the hotel had been renovated. But the beds were low quality, stiff and small. No one slept well, which is the main reason we got the room. I've slept in independent hotels in Quito with much lower rates and much better beds. At breakfast eggs and other main items were gone before the end of the stated time, and staff took food away to set out lunch before we and other guests had finished eating. Why they needed to set out lunch at 10:30am was beyond me.

The La Quinta was an excellent property that provided a very enjoyable stay. Our room was spacious with an outer living area and then the bedroom behind a wall. The breakfast was included and was very good with some variety each day. The staff were courteous and helpful and the hotel provided a driver onsite whom we could hire for transportation to the historic center, which was very convenient. I rated the facilities 4 stars instead of 5 because of two things: 1.) the couch in our living area was broken down and difficult to sit on; and 2.) some of the equipment in the fitness room was in bad repair or didn't work at all. Otherwise, the facilities were excellent and the surrounding area was very nice with Carolina Park right across the street.

Bien ubicado, al frente de Quicentro, buen desayuno, el staff muy atento y amable PERO se nota que las habitaciones son viejas y la insonorización es pésima. Las dos primeras noches no pude dormir porque se escuchaba el ruidos de los pasillos y de las habitaciones de al lado. Además las cortinas blackout deben cambiarlas porque no cierran completamente. El sofá también está viejo.
