"This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay."

"There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. "

"Fabulous experience from start to finish: a good sized room in a second to none location bang on in the centre of Edinburgh, and only a 10 minute walk from Waverley train station. The offices were located within a further 10 minute walk, meaning that we could leave our bags there upon arrival while waiting for the room to become available. "Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"Nice place. A little cramped for five of us but good value for the money spent. Washer worked but dryer didn't. We ended up having clothes stuck in there for a long time overnight and in the morning when we rsna the dryer a few times. Checkout is at 1000am so at 1024 they knocked saying we need to leave. That's on us but I don't think I've ever gotten a knock before. He gave us til 1107am since wet clothes were still and in the dryer for multiple hours. They still didn't dry so we had to...
