"The staff here is incredible! They were very accommodating with my limited Korean language. They helped me tremendously ordering taxi and helping me to navigate the area.
Also behind the hotel are many restaurants, shops, fair, and many activities that are walkable from the hotel. This was a great stay!"
"Perfect structure. Room with every comfort. Excellent service and staff. The only "negative" note is the external noise that can be heard from inside the room. "
"It’s right on ocean next to amusement park so I like it. My only problem was I like seafood but it’s almost all seafood restaurants so I didn’t have other options. But I enjoyed it."

ENA Suite Hotel Namdaemun
10/10 Excellent
"Our family of 2 adults & 3 teenagers stayed in the Presidential Suite which is beyond huge. We were able to stay together but have our own space. 3 bathrooms too which was a luxury. The hotel is very well placed for tourism and metro/trains. The ladies on the front desk were extremely helpful, special thanks to them "
"Amazing experience, I can say one of the best of 6 hotels we stayed during our vacation in korea. 1st the let us check in early as we arrive 2 hours earlier. I special mention Mr. Ryan Kam, very accomodating, warmt and welcoming, he is the one who let us check in early. Location wise, near myeongdong street foods and market. Also having laundry and ironing facility is a plus. It make our stay more easy. Convenience store and coffes shop in the 1st floor also a plus factor. Lotte Myeongdong will be on my top list when going back to Korea."
"Super spacious room with great soaking tub! Convenience store located on site which is nice because the buffet is really expensive. Pool looked really nice too, but we couldn’t use it bc it was pouring. Excellent free shuttle service to and from the airport too!"
