Lovely hotel, guest services were wonderful, staff spoke English making it easier for this non Korean speaking American to understand. The room was spotless and spacious. Paradise City
Had an amazing time here! The ‘spa pool’ was just a busy recreational pool full of children, but the saunas were lovely & relaxing. The service was 10/10 & the house band at Rubiks was great too
