"They were sold out of king beds when I checked in so I was upgraded to a suite. Very nice and clean."

"I didn't like the mandatory food and drink. We paid for that and the staff told us we have $25 credit each day but they still charged us for food and also the internet disconnected and we had to pay again for Internet. Food was not good but rooms was very nice and clean."

"I’ve officially had my WORST hotel experience from booking here. I rented a room after my wedding and was assessed a smoking fee for a room that was NOT smoked in. Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. When asked what documentation (because there were no charges on the receipt) they used to assess the fee they “could not disclose” so it’s completely up to their discretion if they want to steal $250 from you.
