No bed made up. Trash cans not emptied. Inquired at the desk and they said they only clean the rooms every other day. Apparently, it was cleaned sometime before we arrived and will be cleaned sometime after we departed.This is what you would expect from an old roadside motel, not what you would expect...

"The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "
