"Staff was not efficient in the English-speaking language"

"The room was very outdated and dirty. Our door kept getting stuck and would not open. It looked like the lock had been broken. The maintenance man said it was fine and just keep trying. Then said use the extra locks inside at night to make sure. The room had an awful smell to it. It was so bad it gave me a migraine. The toilet paper holder was broken. When asked to switch rooms we received an even older room with another strong odor. The air did not work in that room. When telling the front desk their response was okay. The carpets in the hallways had stains. Overall it was not a good experience."

"The same gravy and biscuits for the entire week. Every thing else was stale. And very few of that! We had to eat out every morning! The first day the toilet was broken and we were moved to another room. In this room the shower head was broken and the hair dryer did not work. The GFI outlet in the did not work , so they said just use another plug. The refrigerator made noise all night make it hard to sleep. This is the worst hotel We have ever stayed in, it made our vacation pure hell while we were there."

"The most disgusting place I have ever been to in my whole life, starting with the pubic hair in the bathroom everywhere and found some pubic hair in the sheets of the bed, then the shower curtain had multiple rips and so did the curtains, the dresser draw was broken and i couldn't put my clothes in it, The staff did nothing, The manger threatened to call the cops and we paid $488 for 3 nights to be treated like this which was outrageous and the pool wasn't even nice."

"The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. Since we only stayed for the night, we didn’t use any of the kitchen amenities. They had a full-size fridge, so you could make homemade meals. Sam’s Club and Walmart were just down the street, providing easy convenience."

" The key for the first room was t working so they moved our room. It was dirty with lots of other peoples hairs, stains in the sheets, dirty floors and smudges and fingerprints all over. It seems like they only put new toiletries and fixed up the dirty sheets but we were so exhausted we dealt with it😭 Very poor experience for the price:( Do not recommend. The best thing was the breakfast which was pretty good for a hotel"

"Front desk woman and Nick the night clerk were helpful and friendly. Your waitresses in the restaurant were very friendly. Food was fine. Great lobby."
