The staff was great and the room was immaculate! We stayed in the Legends tower at a GREAT price for the rooms. Conveniently located close to the casino floor with a few places to eat. The casino is a little small compared to other big casinos but still lots of fun. Highly recommend.

Property is old and could use some updating. IE: Marks on the wall, carpet is worn, etc. But it was clean and well kept. Casino was enjoyable, surprisingly busy on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Couple of the tables (3 card poker, Ultimate texas hold em) were full most of the night. Restaurants were good, and a good variety of food. Would visit again.

Room was nice and clean. Could use some updating for the price of room. When I first arrived to my room. I had to leave the door open for a while. Vent in bathroom did not work. Air freshener was so strong it was burning my eyes. Seen a gentleman the next morning. Walking and every step he took he sprayed the air freshener. It was a little much.

Free parking, staff was helpful and attentive, room was clean but rundown. The common areas of the hotel are terribly dirty and disgusting. The carpets all need removed and updated. Just not what we have experienced at other Bally properties. The casino is clean and carpets are newer and well maintained. The sports bar in the casino has great food and service. If you are going to gamble, I recommend this casino, but I would not stay at this hotel again.

Casino was very nice upgraded slots machine, atmosphere was nice good vibes. Room was clean and as we requested we had a small fridge in the room. No microwaves in room had to go down to 4th floor But otherwise like always we loved to stay here when we travel from Nashville
