The staff at the front desk was amazing. I wish the rest of the staff was the same. The room was very clean when we got there. After that the house keeping was subpar. They would make one bed and leave the other bed untouched. House keeping switched out towels every day, one day they gave us ripped and blood stayed towels to use. The final night there we came back to blood stayed pillow cases....

It was a decent hotel to stay in for an extended amount of time. Breakfast was the same everyday, but it was plentiful. Enough options so I wasn't eating the same thing every day. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it is next to the highway, very little highway noise. Location was convenient to the hospital, Newburgh, UE, mall. Good amount of parking. Largest complaint was the issue of noise within the building....very thin walls to the point that I heard neighbors' TVs. It seemed like everyone around me slammed their doors every time they went in/out or the doors just slam every time they are shut. This woke me up every night I was there. I could hear every conversation of people walking down the hallway and the sounds of kids running in the room next to me. Not the best hotel I have stayed in in this area, but very definitely not the worst.
