"Throughout the weekend, I repeatedly reported excessive noise from the guest above me, including constant stomping between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. I work night shift, so this made it extremely difficult to rest. Each time I called the front desk, I was told the issue would be addressed, but nothing was ever done.
After working a 15-hour shift, I was then woken up and informed that I did not have a reservation extension in the system. This lack of communication among staff is unacceptable and added unnecessary stress to an already exhausting situation.
I specifically chose to stay at this location because I have had positive experiences with Candlewood Suites in the past, especially given my kidney condition and need for proper rest. Unfortunately, this stay has been the complete opposite. It feels like if it’s not one issue, it’s another, and the only response I receive is repeated apologies with no resolution.
At this point, I am requesting that an area manager contact me directly to address these concerns and provide a proper resolution."
