"This place is great overall. Owners were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, private free parking it was an experience for the books. If we come back to south bend we will be trying to stay here again."

"The mansion is a beautiful, historic treasure. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and tasty, and the amenities were very nice. The proprietor generously shared her time talking about the history, the community, etc. Highly recommend for those who enjoy indulging in history and beauty during their stay."

"Everything is communicated by link which should be made VERY clear on Expedia before booking. There is no staff. There is no human connection. The bed sagged to the middle so my husband and I were constantly holding on to the outside so we wouldn’t roll into each other. Needless to say not a restful stay. The breakfast instructions are a link. The check out is a link. Give me a break. I hated Dorothy’s"
