"Great selections for breakfast buffet."

"Old and dated. Outside pool was tore up and in process of being replaced. Buffet area was dirty and food all around very floors and tables. Dirty lines being carted through the dining area. Way to expensive for a 2 or 3 star hotel"

"I've had the opportunity to stay previously at the Hyatt and was pleased with the remodeling and updates to the rooms. The only suggestions would be to install shower bars in the showers and a shelf in the shower area for the bath towels so you have someplace to put the towels while showering."

"My room was clean and in great condition. Beds comfy, shower had nice pressure and the water was hot. The breakfast was good. The hotel was busy so they had trouble keeping up with the breakfast crowd. I believe there was a large seminar group staying there which converged on the breakfast buffet at the same time. The two story lobby was under construction which was a little inconvenient but overall it was a great place to stay."

"The stay was just fine. Staff I interacted with was nice and helpful though. I booked here after seeing it was award winning and highly rated. I expected a lot more and was underwhelmed. Upon arrival to our room it has a slight musty smell, eventually that went away or we got used to it. Bed was fine. Not sure if a nearby room was having a party but until after midnight it was music and lots of loud laughing. You could hear everything. Every time a nearby door opened or closed it echoed. This...

"All aspects of the property are in need of major updates! 1980’s/1990’s dark wood and beige paint. No A/C in the hallways, elevators, or common areas. Floors under carpet flexed/ moved (?) Elevators smelled bad. Adequately clean but “”old”"

"I really like this hotel. I have stayed here several times, for business. It is right by the interstate and is super nice and clean! The beds and pillows are wonderful! And the free breakfast is, too! Super nice staff, as well. Go to dinner at Timbers right down the street less than 5 minutes away! Great menu and food!"

"The hotel was actually nice. BUT the bed was from the 1800. Seriously this bed had springs in it when laying in bed you rolled into the center from it being so old. You sunk into the bed. I maybe got 2 hrs out of the 8 I tried to sleep even took the cushions from the couch and put them on the floor and tried to sleep on them. My husband just gave up and slept on the floor. I have never had such a horrible experience.!!!!"
