Omni Severin Hotel
Room was fine, but a little run down. Water stain on the lower part of our drapes and a few broken or damaged pieces of furniture in the room. The biggest let down however was the closed pool due to rebalancing of chemicals with no notice. We only live a couple hours away so the pool was part of ...

Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown
Property was very dirty, everywhere. Trash in halls and dead bugs in elevator. Sheets wouldn’t stay on bed so we kept waking up on the plastic mattress cover. No towels in the room. Went to desk to ask for them but they ran out so we got two hand towels and two wash rags, for our family of 4.

Breakfast smelled great. I didnt partake docto time constraints. Parking did feel safe. Staff I dealt with were very friendly.
