The room was dirty. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. Staff was nice and location was good but I will not be staying there again. It is not worth the price.

Pool floor and inside pool dirty and pool area dirty and needs more chairs and should be larger. Hallways to guest rooms are very humid and too warm. Beds are decent comfort but cleanliness and non fresh smelling is lacking. The restaurant is terrible. Slow service and not fancy enough. Food bland. Nice to have the free drinks and snacks but snacks by 6 pm were gone and the snack types are so plain

There was a pet across the hall, had a sign on the door. Never heard any sounds. The hotel is beautiful. Welcoming, great amenities. The room was very nice but it's starting to look really dated. A lot dings, the electrical outlets were all loose from the wall, that was a huge concern. Several did not work. I had to physically move the microwave to a different location because the kitchen plugs were not working due to being so loose from the wall. Cleanliness, it wasn't perfect. I pulled an extra quilt from the closet and it did not smell clean. I only kept it on my legs because I was pretty sure it hadn't been washed in a long time.

Everything was great except the air filter in the room right above the table was filthy and had very thick dust inside that should have been changed a long time ago. Also the workout room was missing the 15 pound dumbbells. And that is the ones I use the most. Also the walls are very thin and I could hear the guy next me very clearly like there was a hole in the wall somewhere. Everything else was wonderful. Great breakfast and love the free drink tickets in the evening.

We loved that our dog was welcomed and there were grassy areas to walk him. Happy hour had great wine selections and snacks. Breakfast was amazing, could not have asked for better, and it was free! We had connecting rooms, so we enjoyed having the suites for visiting. The staff were so pleasant and accomodating, and very efficient. We will definitely stay here again!
