The property was bad. The hotel had a terrible smell and there was homeless people sleeping in the hallways. There was broken glass in front of my room and in the stairwell

The front desk guy was awesome. The room was not. He had to open the door for me cause it would not work. It just felt like a low income apartment complex . I have stayed at extended stay in the past and it has been great but this location I would not recommend

My sheets were dirty and had the previous guests hair all over it, no way the sheets were changed. I cleaned piss off the toilet seat and had to clean the bathroom counter as well because there was water everywhere. All my towels were dirty and had blood on it. The room wasn’t cleaned. I will never stay here again.

The people were pleasant. The rooms have hair everywhere. The hallway was the same and obviously doesn’t get swept at all. Was there two days then went to another hotel. The key cards rarely worked. Very unhappy.

The property seems to have a lot of long term people staying there. They don’t seem to cater to people staying a few nights, there was no coffee pot, no ice, no toiletries. The staff was very nice and helpful, but absolutely no staff on duty overnight. The key card system definitely needs to be addressed, as room keys didn’t always work.

The room had a musty smell. The sheets on the beds were damp, as if they had not been properly dried by the laundry staff. We arrived late for check-in (1am). The after hours checkin oricess documented at the closed counter were different than what were printed beside the after hours phone. Took over 15 minutes before was able to get someone to assist with checkin. Had 2 room keys. Inconsistant with frequency that either key worked for either entering the building or the room. My credit card was billed twice, and both transactions were higher than the invoiced rate. Required follow the next day to get the transactions corrected.

I truly thought I could sleep anywhere at any time. We had two rooms, four adults. Every one of us complained about the bed. Every one of us said we were awake at least once every hour. That was the roughest drive leaving after two nights of very little sleep. Bedding needs upgraded.

The bed was the hardest bed ive ever slept on. I might as well have slept in the floor. There were grease streaks all along the wall behind the mini stove top. There was streaks of some sticky substance on the fridge. And there were smears of something, i dont even want to know what, all in the bathroom walls. The elevator took 10 min to go up and down 4 stories so i ended up just walking the stairs.

Very disappointed. Hallways had plywood on floors, room was not very clean, floor was unswept, kitchen area was stipped and cabinet doors off, not kitchen accommodations such as utensils or plates, etc. at all so kitchen was useless. Entire building smelt like animals and smoke.

Right through the door this place smelled like someone had taken a poo and forgot to spray! Ricketey elevator to the point where we got off of it on the way down and too the million degree steps. If your working in the area and don’t mind a sketchy place then extended stay is for you, if you a family traveling SKIP THIS PLACE!!!

Terribly outdated. No coffee available. Beds were tiny and not comfortable. This was not a relaxing place to stay after a long day. Left a lot to be desired. Will not stay here again.

My family did not feel safe At this property. We checked out after about 90 minutes. Police were there for a domestic dispute issue, dogs in the room next door were barking, facilities were very out of date and did not match the pictures. I DO NOT recommend this property for families.

The property is constantly noisy. The kitchen has no cooking equipment. The internet is snail speed slow.

They gave my room to someone else after I had booked online. So I get to the room and there is someone in it. I go back to the front desk and she tells me it’s the last room. But I had paid for it already! She then me I could get a refund but had to call Expedia to get it. It was after 10pm and I had to drive around looking for another hotel. Horrible experience.
