Nice, big, clean rooms. Full size fridge. Living room and kitchen were separated from the bedroom and bathroom by doors which is nice. Ac worked amazingly. Most of the staff were awesome and helpful.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke the whole stay even though it's smoke free. Trash around the building. Room was clean but furniture was not in good repair. Not enough seats for family. Would not stay again!

The room was generally clean. However, during my three-night stay, housekeeping service was unavailable. I was required to exchange towels at the front desk. The absence of trash receptacles necessitated the creation of a makeshift waste disposal area. My experience was not satisfactory.

Megan was very nice at check in and resetting the room key.
Soap scum in the bathtub. Need to use some elbow grease on that.
Bad tiling. Needs to be replaced. Look at that soap scum on the floor.
Moldy and dirty shower tiles. Needless to say, not taking a shower here.

This place is a dump. All Bedding was stained one with paint, some black marks maybe makeup, and some other unidentifiable stuff. The mattress are a biohazard with blood stains and miscellaneous stains all underneath the bedding. The larger bath towels were torn and stained. It’s was obnoxious having guest up and down the hall in the later hours and the person across from us opening and closing the door all night long. The place reeks of cigarette and pot. The room itself was dirty and ran down. The cleanest item there was the soap maybe? I am so grateful I stayed only one night! It was deplorable. Trust the reviews! The gentleman at check in was very helpful and accommodating.

Very clean room, overall quiet. The overnight front desk worker was very helpful as we had an unexpectedly very late check in after midnight. The breakfast is very limited but there was good hot coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom shower had no hot water pressure. The plumbing fixtures needs replaced. We did not take a shower, but we had to use a wash towel to clean up. Not a great experience. Staff was great.

My rankings averaged out to a 3, but if I could give half stars, this would be closer to a 2.5. Cleanliness was a hit or miss from room to room. I had to be moved to a different room when I found my original room original one had strange red splotches around the room and a dirty refrigerator. My new room did not have a trash can in it, but was cleaner. In both rooms, the fixtures were dated and a refresh (TVs, furniture, wall fixtures) would make a big difference in the look and feel of the rooms. I am not sure if the entire building is non-smoking, but my floor and room was, and it had a lingering smell of smoke. Breakfast was accurately portrayed: it is grab and go. Coffee and tea, nutrigrain bars, oatmeal, and muffins. It is grab and go. If you are looking for an actual breakfast, the hotel is less than 5 minutes away from a Waffle House. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The front desk workers were responsive and moved to fix issues quickly for the customers. Ultimately, if you dropping your things in the room and leaving them there and only coming back to sleep, this hotel is fine. If you were hoping to enjoy the amenities or wanted to spend more time around your room, I would book elsewhere.

When walking into the front desk no one was there for 30min. My room was down stairs. The hallway had a funny smell to it. My room it smelled funny. I seen the pictures of this hotel and the rooms was great. I want be coming back. Down stairs side door which is broke so anyone can walk in. Also that glass on the side down is broke. The only good spot was the front desk guy. He was nice . It was loud noise fighting in the hallway

Was happy for a cheap hotel, until the $100 damage deposit was more than the room charge itself. No heads up on that until we were ready to check in. Front desk was apologetic for lack of communication and was very friendly. Rooms need a definite upgrade. Horrible cigarette smoke smell throughout the entire hotel. Beds had extremely thin blankets and flat pillows. But I guess I shouldn’t have expected much for a $80 room, that turned into a $180 room with the refundable deposit. Still waiting for the refund to come as we stayed less than 12 hours in our room just to sleep and get out.

Worst experience ever! 1- smelled like seafood in a bad way. 2-police actively arresting people at the front door 3- 1st room was overall broke(couch, tv, Etc) 4- second room had worst water pressure 5- the entire hotel had horrible smells and beaten up furniture 6- breakfast?? Barely had coffee. They had oatmeal and granola bars……that’s it. 7- Clientele was extra sketchy. I can’t confirm but I’m fairly sure there were multiple prostitutes. Staff was ok but the overall experience was the worst I have ever had. The hotel was outdated and not maintained in anyway shape or form. The good thing about the place was the Air Conditioners.

Missing everything

So rhere was a full kitchenette except there were not any dishes or anything in the room. There wasnt even a trash can in the room except for the small one in the bathroom. There wasnt a hairdryer, even though I myself dont use or need one. The so called breakfast was only prepackaged miffins and granolabars bought from the store so basically no breakfast even though it says they have a breakfast. Other then basically everything that is usually in a hotel room wasnt in this one. But room was nice clean and spacious. Did have a funky smell when i first got the room like someone cooked something funky in there before the checked out. But that was gone after a night and day.

The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Nice having a fridge and stovetop. There were a few older things in the room that needed maintenance attention, but everything was functional. The hallway smelled like another guest was smoking and outside there was a lot of garbage and cigarette butts which gave it a low end feel.
