El personal del hotel es muy atento y amigable, inmejorable en ese sentido. La limpieza de toda la propiedad es excelente. Me hubiese gustado tener un poco más de variedad de canales en la TV. Pero en general me gustó mucho el lugar. Lo recomiendo.

The staff was truly exceptional. The hotel and rooms are quite outdated. The walls and showers were not very clean, but the furniture surfaces were. The toilet had some problems, and we were offered another room immediately. Being close to the track and availability of the outside shuttle service "all aboard," we would definitely return.

Rooms were acceptable but needs some updating. Better sheets, some had cigarette holes and old stains. You can tell they were clean but can see the stain outline. Parking lot felt deserted.

There were only a few people staying at the hotel when we arrived. Pros - the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was good, the rooms were big and the beds were comfortable, the maids came regularly to change the sheets and linens and there were plenty of streaming options available. Cons - the locks on the door in our room was broken forcefully and needs to be replaced, we had to run the hot water for 15 minutes before we were able to take a shower, there was no shuttle from the airport, and the hotel could have used some additional cleaning. There were stores, gas stations and restaurants all within walking distance which helped.

The room was no clean. Starting for the floor and some spider webs on the wall. On the front was great but the room really smell of the quimic they used to clean but it made us feel bad.

Paid a deposit that wasn't on the website or anywhere near their policy in fact when I went to check out the notice that said you had to pay $100 deposit was gone. The entire place stunk like in nursing home the manager was rude and the place was dilapidated would definitely not stay there again.

Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Found the entire place unsatisfactory. I booked because the said breakfast included, NO BREAKFAST ! Middle of shower ran out of hot water , went to use hair dryer- didn’t work ! Total disappointment, will never stay there again . Also , pissed off at Expedia for posting false amenities on hotels !!!

The breakfast was good, the room was nice, but the front counter staff was not friendly at all! 2 of them never even said Hi when I went up to the counter, the 3rd said hi but when I asked him a question about breakfast he never even acknowledged me, I think he might have beenlistening to headphones. My only other thought is it would be nice to have a wastebasket near the bed or desk, not just in the bathroom

It was a easy access in and out of property. Bed comfortable along with a air conditioner that kept you cool. TV was not working well. Nice small refrigerator in room. It was very quiet which helped getting sleep. I would stay again if in area

The rooms are disgusting. We all slept on our clothes. There was crushed crackers in the sofa. Sand in the bed. Dirty, spotted sheets. The photos are of the lobby, the only decent room in the place

As soon as you walked in it smelt damp all around we decided to ignore it and proceeded to our room.. when we got to it right away we noticed the smell of mold.. not 5 min later we went right back down stairs and left... my childrems head started to hurt and I started to cough I couldn't let them sleep there, we had go find a different place to sleep at

The staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The room i stayed in definitely could use some attention to detail cleaning wise and some updates. The a/c unit did not work very well and the door definitely needed to be replaced. It stuck and the extra locks were non functioning. Over-all the stay was ok. If traveling back to that area I would stay again.

Do not stay here! It’s close to a horror show. I recommend pulling the beds away from the wall and seeing the filth. My room had mold on the window and curtains. The bed sheets had stains. Pulling the bed away from the wall I found a dried up chicken bone, plastic clear bag, crumbs and back of the bed sheet had all kids of black nasty material and debris like they have never been changed. I left immediately. The Health department needs to investigate this place.

It's just an old property. It looks and smells like an old property. The towel rack fell off the wall. It's clear it's happen before. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. We we're intown for a funeral, and most of the hotels were booked because of a volleyball tournament. If you're in a pinch, I guest it's okay. If not, go somewhere else.

Honestly, we pulled up and the place looked questionable. Once we got inside in was like most other smaller places. Do they need work done? Yes. Could it be better? Yes. Was the stay what we needed? Yes. Would I go back? Sure. Lobby was nice. Dining area was good. Room was just like other places we stay at. You can tell it’s a small operation and for the size of the place they do a good job. Check it out but also check your expectations.

It may not be the prettiest hotel out there, everything was clean and worked. The beds were comfortable. Could use an update but it was ok.
