"The room was pretty clean in general, and the staff was helpful. The room could've been more well-kept."

"Staff was friendly. Parking was adequate. We were there for the Indy 500, so -- of course -- we paid an outrageous price for the room. Although a coffeemaker was advertised, it was not provided. TV was tricky to turn on and off. There were no lamps -- just harsh overhead lighting. Best thing: plenty of hot water in the shower and good water pressure."

"Room bed covers with blood, upon requesting refund. Manager stated I was in the room for 30 mins. That does not justify the beds were covered in blood stain in the room, being a non-smoking smell like smoking to the carpet and to the ceiling.. The worst experience I’ve ever had."

"there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. We never tried the TV, but hung our clothes on it since there was nowhere else to hang them. There was yelling all through the night and dog...
