Quality Inn & Suites Port Lavaca near Lighthouse Beach

"Maid was lovely and helpful. Front desk man was scary and rude. Breakfast is not much, but the usual grab and go stuff, cereal and muffins. Pool was super gross and I would not swim in that. It is a cheap hotel for if you need cheap, which we needed. Floor was kind of sticky, but, beds were great- good mattresses and no bed bugs or anything gross. Worth it for a brief trip and to save money. If you want fancy & nicer, go to the Hilton right down the parking lot from this place. But if you want inexpensive, this works!"

"Room was clean and a great size. Bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet! AC struggled a little to keep the humidity down but it was ok. Breakfast could have been better - several things ran out 30 minutes before breakfast ended and there was no meat served on one day. On the good side, there were real eggs instead of powered. Overall a good stay."
