"The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . "The shower rooms need a place to hook the clothes up and also, the water is not flowing freely and a pool gets created which is very inconvenient. This was the issue last year and still we see it . The checkout process is strict and needs some relaxation at times ( with some exceptions). Otherwise, this is a good place to stay and i would love to go back if i am visiting the GC again."

"Although the owner was LOVELY. And extremely accommodating and helpful. The first room we stayed in was riddled with cockroaches (4th floor) We told the owner and he was more then happy to move us to a new room which was fine and we only seen 1 cockroach the whole week.
