"The ambiance of the hotel is very special from when you first walk in to the surrounding area. It is so well situated if you want to be in the historic part of Valencia. Everything is within walking distance. The location is also very close to any transit needs you might have. The train station is a 20 minute walk, metro stations close by and many bus options available. I highly recommend it."

"The greatest asset of this hotel is the location in the heart of the old town. Rooms are very spacious, include a kitchenette and are well insulated from noise. The only drawback we found was the attention to detail, which lets this hotel down. Housekeeping only provides a single toilet roll that is akin to tissue paper. Very unusual for a four-star hotel. The kitchenette is a very nice touch but needs a tea towel. There were ongoing maintenance issues with the lift, which meant we had...

"The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and the fresh flowers made it feel especially welcoming. However, we had to carry our own luggage to the room. The breakfast service was excellent, but the food was good. The views of the Cathedral of Santa Maria from both the room and the bar on the fifth floor were wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable."

"Have been to NH hotels before in Spain and have always liked their breakfast. We had a room on the 6th floor. Window facing the court which probably was good considering the busy street that the hotel is located at. Very charming decor. Small, but efficient gym because there was both mornings only the two of us. Breakfast didn’t disappoint. Staff very helpful. Can recommend."

"Friendly staff and they allowed us to check in early since our rooms were ready. Very clean rooms and great air conditioning. We had a balcony overlooking the plaza and it was great. My only gripe was with one of the bartenders during the day. We picked up food at the market and brought it back to eat in the lobby of the hotel. Turns out all the tables and chairs in the lobby fall under the purview of the bartender. After giving one of our group some grief for asking for a glass of ice, she came...

"Very well-located hotel in the best part of Valencia’s city center, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and many of the city's main attractions. The location made it easy to explore Valencia on foot while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of three. The staff was very accommodating and provided everything I requested, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Valencia."
