"Petit hôtel charmant, très bien situé dans la vielle ville pour visiter les sites historiques. Le personnel est professionnel et aidant. Par exemple, Alexandre nous a permis d'accéder à notre chambre en avance alors que nous étions épuisés après un long vol. Il a aussi contacté un taxi au moment de notre depart, avec beaucoup d'efficacité. Plusieurs terrasses et restaurants autour. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."

"The hotel itself was very nice, with clean rooms and good facilities, and overall it had the potential to be a great stay. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the reception staff. I was allowed to check in and given a room key, only to find it was already occupied by another guest. This was an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing situation that should never happen. What made the experience even more disappointing was that there was no apology from the reception staff when I reported the issue. While the hotel and amenities were good, the lack of professionalism and customer service from the reception team left a negative impression and detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay."

"Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Valencia. Let them know we would be arriving before standard check in time and we asked if we could store our bags. Instead we arrived in Valencia to a message saying our room was ready which was appreciated. Check in instructions were clear, they have a lift which is useful when you are checking in and leaving. Apartment was very spacious and clear. Extra bedding and towels were provided. Location is great, easily walk into old town or head to station/underground. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here if we returned to Valencia."
