We liked that it was close to highway 93 but not so close to experience any road noises etc. Would stay again when in the area"

"This was our second stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved it the first time. This time the staff was not great. There was one member who acted on a power trip the entire stay we were there. He was condescending, rude, and contradictory to his own statements. Every time there were kids in the pool he checked the water for 30 minutes (I wish this was an exaggeration) and continued adding chemicals while they were in it! Several members of our party ended up with chemical skin irritation and eye...
