"I booked thru here but front desk said it was a cancelled booking. Waited about 30 min for us to get to our rooms. Floors were filthy like they hadnt been vacuumed in awhile. The beds had crumbs or who knows what. I dont sleep under the covers anyway. Had to constantly go to the front to get towels ..."
