"Returning visitors. Can’t beat the location. All rooms facing the lake is also a big plus. Great staff and excellent amenities, including a huge deck connecting restaurant to bar and lounging area with stunning views on the lake, a pool that is very well maintained, hot tub, sauna, ice bath and even bike rentals. Across the street is the entrance to the village. A gem of a place in Big Bear. Let’s all keep this resort as pristine as they’ve made it."

His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference in our stay. It's people like Edwin who turn a good vacation into a memorable one. Our whole group had a great time, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone we encountered. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout our stay.
