"The area is very beautiful, and the facilities are nice overall. However, the room I was assigned had an issue with the air conditioner, as it was leaking constantly and ended up flooding much of the room. Throughout my stay, the air conditioner continued to leak, and no one came to inspect or fix the problem. Other than that inconvenience, the place is very nice and the location is excellent."

"This property was so bad that we only stayed one night, even though I had already paid for an entire week. We chose not to return because the conditions were unacceptable. The property was dirty, there was evidence of smoking despite the no-smoking policy, and it was not worth the money we spent. "The Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast (waffles, egg patty, toast, muffins, yogurt, apple and orange juice) could’ve been a little better but it was edible. Room and hallway had a weird smell, clean if that makes sense. Pool walls looked like it wasn’t clean so I didn’t get in but other guests did. Other than that it’s pleasant for the price.
And… they charged my card for the first night before we even got on the road!!"
