"The staff was wonderful. The rooms and facilities are dated and need work. Wish the cost included breakfast or there was a rooftop bar. The waterfront restaurant was closed the whole time we were there. Perfect location for anyone wanting to visit the inner harbor."

"Check in is supposed to be at 3. We were not allowed to check in until 6:30 because they overbooked. We asked for a late check-out and we were denied. Once we got into our room we dropped our bags off and were going to head downstairs. We came back to find that housekeeping had returned to finish cleaning our room. The front desk said check-out was at noon. The next morning at 11:00 am house keeping was knocking on our door to leave."

"The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. However, the only issue that I had was you couldn't walk on the actual carpet in the room. After taking a shower or anything of that nature. The carpets need steamcleaned bad. Your feet would stick to the floor/ get dirty all over again. My room had, multiple things patched like the wall and shower tiles. But for the cost of the room, I wasn't that upset with the patches. The main concern was how dirty the carpet was."
