"Bathroom was in terrible condition, white stains all over the walls, broken tiles , black mold in the grout all along the top of the tub, and bugs actively crawling in the light in the bathroom, mirror was even like water damaged and swelling all around. "

"i chose this hotel with much desire for a heated pool and hot tub. the heaters were broken on both which was disappointing. this wasnt our ideal location nor our price point but we did it anyway to enjoy hot tub and pool :-(. we did find the location was nice, room clean and midern, staff excellent. We had an issue with our air-conditioning unit went out that same day they fixed it. We just didn’t have any towels in our room. That was the only bad thing about it. But we make mistakes when we’re in that field."

"This place was a hidden gem! Conveniently located and short drive to Siesta Key Beach and shops. It felt like we pulled off the highway and entered a secluded privite island resort. We had all the amenities needed for our stay. We had issues with the coin fed dryer getting hot, and the housekeeping staff were so great to offer to dry our clothes and return them to our room. We traveled with teenage girls and I loved the areas of the resort that we could hang together, and also loved that we had...

"Walls are paper-thin. Neighbors sounded like they were in my room. Until 3 am. Was told I had a corner room, but I did not. Refrigerator in the room sounded like a deisel engine. No sleep. Otherwise, the staff was outstanding and nice. It is a nice hotel, just very poor soundproofing. "
