"They just had instant oatmeal instead of cooked like they used to. Otherwise everything was good. The low rating is due to the extremely noisy room I had on the first floor at the end of the hallway next to the ice machine and outside entrance. "

"The poolside was wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Everything was top notch. Staff was friendly, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sarasota."

"i chose this hotel with much desire for a heated pool and hot tub. the heaters were broken on both which was disappointing. this wasnt our ideal location nor our price point but we did it anyway to enjoy hot tub and pool :-(. we did find the location was nice, room clean and midern, staff excellent. "The TV didn't work well, the bathroom door was broken, a lamp light kept going on and off until we unplugged it, and the room smelled musty. But the breakfast was good. "

"The out side looks modern but the inside is old and over used . The bedding and towels need to be replace 100% they are over used and not comfortable. The bad smell coming from the air conditioner and the walls smells like wet wood. I do not recommend to pay what the y are charging. The front did not help me to exchange room . So i guess the whole place is the same according to an employee."
