"The room had everything you needed, and was kept clean and refreshed every day by the staff. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and the checking-in/checking-out was simple. The apartment is situated in a good location, making access to the airport or town centre very easy and quick. I would definitely stay over here again. Thank you so much!"

"Check in lief super und problemlos, empfangspersonal sehr freundlich. Zimmer relativ klein, hinter der Tür stand ein Tisch - man konnte die Tür nicht ganz öffnen. Der Boden war schmutzig im Zimmer. Die Straße die an unser Zimmer angrenzte war leider sehr sehr laut nachts. Das Frühstück war aus unserer Sicht minderwertig und nicht schön präsentiert. Vielleicht lag es am Zeitpunkt unserer Reise aber für uns passte Preis Leistung nicht zusammen. "

"Hotel Mondschein was perfect for our stay in Innsbruck; it's location couldn't have been better for strolling to the Old Town as well as getting to terminals for buses and trams. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Elisa) and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast taken in the charming room overlooking the river, was excellent with a good selection and delicious fresh breads and pastries. Very good value for money...

"Zero information on how to check in to the property (not at the apartment location), zero response to messages, locked out of building multiple nights with faulty key cards and had to walk across town to the hotel that manages the apartments to have them re-coded. This place is a joke. "

I would even go as far as saying that with some up-levelling of the soft product this hotel could even be rated as 5 star instead of 4. Apart from the restful sleep, comfortable rooms and amenities, my partner and I also appreciate that the hotel is a short walk from town and has a decent supermarket just next...
