"Personnel need to be aware and trained that they are working in a service industry. Male staff especially needs to keep a check on their daily frustrations while projecting emasculation. Care and respect for female traveller is an unwritten rule in which every service staff is aware about. Hope it’s not faced by other fellow travellers visiting this beautiful place and decent hotel."

"The staff spoke great English and were exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests. The building is older and lacks air conditioning (very few places in the area seem to have it) but it is very clean. The older style wood finishings and stained glass windows are very charming. The coin laundry room in the basement was also very helpful. Overall this hotel seems to fit the vibe of the area perfectly. My partner and I would stay here again without hesitation!...

"The hotel was easy to access for drop off even though the parking was offsite. There was construction for improvements going on but we knew that going in. Nothing felt dirty or loud from construction. Staff was terrific and Francesca couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. She was thoughtful with ideas. The rooms were spacious and refreshing g after traveling to other hotels with no air. Location is central and yet away from the crowd. Loved the authentic dinner we had on site. Well done...
