"The property is children friendly so great place to stay for families. It is also close to the airport which is convenient but it is little distant from city centre, something to be aware of. It is close to Oceanarium and Science Center which are great venue for kids and great that under 8 child care in the afternoon is included. "

We booked this for our last night in Lisbon, to be close to the airport and to surprise the kids with a neat experience and did we ever succeed! The houseboat was fully equipped for longer stays and was extremely comfortable for us 4 - two adults, two children (9&7). "The room I was staying in made me sick I couldn’t enjoy the rest of my stay. There was a strong mildew smell mix with high dust in the air not me and my child couldn’t breathe. When are called the number for the 24hour emergency no one picked up but it was supposed to be 24h emergency. So I got no sleep my throat felt like it was closing I quickly became sick and I believe my room was supposed to be a queen bed but they gave up a double. Room was great for a the large group of us, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the pullout couch. That being said, a large group on the top floor posed a bit of a challenge with the 2 person elevator. "Very strange setup in the room. It had two double beds as requested. Then it had two tiny rooms for toilet and shower. Sink outside. Then a curtain dividing the bed from the bathroom area. No privacy. It was a crazy setup."

"Rooftop bar and snack shack were a treat. Rooftop outdoor pool is a good size but wasn’t heated so we couldn’t enjoy it during our April stay. That said, we did take advantage of the poolside lounge chairs to relax in the sun. With so many restaurants and cafes in the area, we chose to have our breakfast elsewhere so can’t speak to the quality. Most importantly, our room was spacious, modern, comfortable and clean."

Also a grocery store right next door. Staff were very helpful in suggesting restaurants, metro use and would answer any questions you have. Very friendly. "
