We stayed here for the new year, and overall had a good experience, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay easy and pleasant. The only downside was the location; while Arroios is a decent and quieter area, it’s a bit far from Lisbon’s main attractions, so getting around required extra time and transportation, which was a little inconvenient, especially for a shorter trip.

We really enjoyed our five nights at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a show view room and it was definitely worth it as we could watch the light show each night from bed after a busy day exploring Lisbon. The light show was brilliant. We had breakfast each morning and there was plenty to choose from. We easily worked out the buses into town but walked a few times along the main avenue. A taxi to the airport was 12 Euros so the hotel was easy to get to. We'll take away fond memories of our time here.

Staff was super helpful, friendly all the time. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We opted for the breakfast and it was delicious. Also the adult night show was super cool to watch. It gave you an overview of the hotel amenities and city highlights. Love it. Would stay here again!!
