You need to be independent and low maintenance at this hotel due to staff being a bit cold and unavailable at times. The manager is the only English speaking person, and he can be reached through WhatsApp."

The cleaners, in particular, were fantastic—not only did they keep the rooms spotless, but they were also so friendly and cheerful every day. It really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay.
