"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2. It is a major tourist destination so prices are a bit higher unless you venture outside the old town district. Finding the apartment might be a minor challenge as taxis cannot drive into the square, but the host was quickly available to give us directions to the portal leading to the apartment.
