"My room was clean. I picked this hotel because of the outdoor pavilion with the grills. The area was disgusting. There was blood, food and garbage all on the ground by the sitting area. "The pictures when I booked look far better than what I saw in person. The building is run down. My two queen bedroom suite, was more like two twins. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. The carpets were old and it smelled musty. The room had visible water damage and the wall near the window and floor were wet. The linen was dingy and there were drain flies in the bathroom. I traveled 5 hours and picked that hotel because it was close to the Army National Guard unit. The...

"The rooms were terrible and filled with the strong smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. There was no proper entrance to the hotel or clear access to the assigned rooms. We also encountered two intoxicated individuals who made inappropriate and unsettling comments, which made us feel extremely unsafe. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, as the conditions and environment pose a serious safety concern."

"My husband and I had a wonderful two day stay. We were greeted by Joan when we drove up. Our room was beautiful, spacious and homey. Breakfast was delicious both days and the company was amazing. The conversations were warm and welcoming. It was close to our concert venue as well as our friends in Ohio. I would love to return for a stay."
