The room was so modern and clean with a unique Japanese twist. The hotel staff were 150% amazing. We chose the hotel for convenience on the way to another stay . Thoroughly recommend this hotel for tranquilty and
beautiful setting.

I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended.
Our stay was so peaceful & relaxing & bonus Onsen too. Room was fantastic & breakfast was amazing also. Could walk to local station & walk into town. I enjoyed that the accommodation was not too close to traffic & shops. So serene & highly recommend.
Beautiful grounds and rooms. Amazing hot spring experience!!!! The hotel dining is outstanding! Wonderful breakfast!!! Not many other dining options around the hotel. Perfect for two days of great food and relaxing
This hotel was a great surprise in a sort of out of the way location. It is a fabulous destination hotel, with an historic tea house and a historic castle in close walking distance. Canât say enough about the excellent service, gorgeous decor, and tasty food.
Everything from the grounds, to the restaurant, to the bar and the onsen were just perfect. The room was spacious with an amazing view and all the staff were exceptional. Within short walking distance of the castle tooâŠ
Amazing. The finest hotel and nicest staff I have ever experienced. The views are spectacular. History is right outside the door, especially the Inuyama Castle and shrines. The restaurant is five star first rate and accommodated my sonâs allergies seamlessly. We arrived after one of those days and they took care of us like family.
The view of Inuyama Castle from our balcony was stunning, especially at night. The property was beautiful, both inside and outside. The onsen, especially the outdoor onsen was wonderful and very relaxing. Great staff, great food, comfortable room and bed.
Viewing from Hotel,Gym and big bath are all super nice .
But restaurantâs menu is expensive and all taste is not so good especially for non-drinking people.
Too salty and oily.
Before coming to this hotel,we plane to take breakfast but after dinner ,we cancel because of price and taste.
Beautiful new hotel next to Inuyama castle and Japanese garden.
Nice onsen, friendly staff.
Just didn't like how I got room upgraded. All reception people seems like not knowing about there are VIP benefits.
Finally we got upgraded room, then we found dirty tissue inside toilet.
But all other things were perfect.
Amazing breakfast, Inuyama castle view from everywhere in hotel
This hotel is amazing with stunning decor, Onsen bath and beautiful grounds with large pond and bamboo. Rooms are larger than usual for Japan. Inuyama castle is visible from the grounds from some rooms. There is a national treasure tea garden that you can go to for matcha.
If you are looking for a traditional Japanese experience this is NOT IT! This is not a Ryokan or traditional Onsen with tatami mat floors and dinner served in your room. It is a fantastic modern hotel with a very western approach to rooms and services done with Japanese taste and sense of style.
Most things with this hotel are good. The day I arrived, it was raining quite heavy. The reception allowed me to check in a bit earlier (~15mins) and carried my luggage to my room for me. The room was spacious and clean. It was a shame I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor and the level of privacy was low as the room was facing the hotel entrance. It was still fine tho because the curtain could block the vision. I really enjoyed the bath with excellence amenities. Constant supply of towel and cold water with a decent view. Both 2 nights i stayed while bathing, a female staff would come in to replenish the supplies of towels etc. It could be embarrassing for some but It was fine with me. Overall, the experience was pretty amazing.
This may be the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. Bamboo and a Zen garden in front, a pond in the rear with a view of a lush hillside topped by a castle . Adjacent to the large Urakuen garden. Rooms and lobby decorated in the most tasteful manner. Staff gave excellent service. Adjacent to a river walk and in walking distance to one of the oldest castles in Japan, a large Shinto Shrine, a historic castle street, and a railway station.
