"Went to check in. Staff asked for name then took key and took us to the room. Then left without any explanation or instructions. So poor communication when checking in. When checking in we stood at bar next to the radio which was very loud and I am deaf and couldn't hear or understand the staff. Staff rushed to the room before we got to bottom of the stairs. Stairs are very steep and wonky which is very dangerous but not good for people who are unsteady on their feet. Room: Big room and big...

"The room was lovely and cosy and quite large. We had the best bed & sleep of our whole trip so far. The decor was thoughtful and we had a beautiful view. The continental breakfast was ample and included cereal, fruit, various pastries, juices, and coffee We would have loved to be staying longer. Would give it a five star recommendation anytime!"

"First time staying at the hotel as I normally stay in Inverness when visiting on business. Only about 20-25 mins North of Inverness and easy to access. Friendly welcome from the reception and was taken to room by the staff. Room modern and looks to be recently revamped so it was spotless. Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both times staff were friendly and food was good standard. Will use the hotel in future when in the area."

"Perfect stopover in Nairn just by the station. Wonderful hospitality and a very comfortable stay. We had to leave before breakfast was served and had a packed breakfast provided instead (thank you, Manuela!). A great way to end our trip to the Highlands."
