Absolutely disgusting - they would not let us into apartment then refused to refund us after we had to book elsewhere. Can’t believe how dodgy they are.

Booked and paid for a stay here to drive for an hour and a half, ten minutes away received a phone call saying there was a leak and the room was unavailable, my wife working in the hotel industry knows this to be a common lie told when they sell/double book a room and don’t take the listing down. Currently waiting for my refund of over £100

Eastgate Apartment

The apartment was easy to find once we were advised after a call to contact number it was across the road from Morrisons , Julie was very pleasant and helpful. We found the flat spacious and clean although the noise from the traffic was quite loud. I would recommend my friends to stay at the Eastgate Apartments.

If all apartment rentals were like Eastgate Apartments, I would use them far more often. My biggest complaint is usually dealing with getting into the property, specifically meeting with the property manager. There was no such problem here. Eastgate sent me the information I needed. I checked in and out on my own and enjoyed Inverness. The apartment was clean, in great condition, and a great location.

Godt og centralt

Vi var 3 afsted og lejligheden var mere end rigeligt til os. Den ligger rimelig centralt og man kan parkere lige ved siden af. Badeværelserne er rimelige men der var dog piv koldt i stuen. Husk man skal have modtaget instrukser om kode til dørene med mail. Der er ikke udtjekning så man lægger nøglen i boksen og forlader lejligheden

Great location but difficult parking. I had a bit of trouble locating it because I didn't study the instructions well enough. It was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The market is just across the street, making it easy to get supplies.

Accomodation comfortable, but not what we expected

Adequate stay.. The room itself was good, but there is no reception or individuals on site as you would normally expect from apartments. This location is opposite a Morrison's. You wouldn't guess this was a set of apartments externally.

Great location

Great location right in city centre. The road is busy and not a good view, parking was possible outside from 4pm-10am after which you have to find an alternative. We enjoyed it for one night but may want something else for longer

Good location for public transport

We stayed at Eastgate to be close to Inverness station for a train back to London. . Nicely decorated apartment and very clean. Clear instructions from Karl as to how to get in and parking and he followed up with us on arrival. The apartment is across the road from Morrison’s supermarket and 10 mins walk to the station. The kitchen is a little basic , we bought a coffee plunger so the next guests can enjoy too. Some basic items such as tea, coffee and a hair dryer would be good additions to the apartment as well. A sign on the front door would be good too.

Good refurbished apartments

Was welcomed by the manager and all apartments seem to have been very recently refurbished. While on a relatively busy street, it is only a few minutes walk to downtown Inverness and is quite convenient. Overall a nice stay.

Good location, nice apartment.

The apartment was in a good location and was a good size, clean and well presented. The service was interesting. Got an email with a code for the front door and to access the apartment key. Saw no-one for the stay at all. Lucky no problems getting in or out but no interaction face to face with anybody.

DONT STAY HERE; nice place, bad service.

In all the years that I have booked through Hotels.com and have stayed in places such as this one, I have never have such bad svc. We arrived at 8PM ( note: manager is not accessible past 9pm, which is not listed anywhere besides inside the appt). We found there are two doors with the address of 1A (enter street ) and both were locked, clearly needing a number to open the keypad. There were no messages or instructions sent via any form of communication; We called the number listed and left a message; no response. We asked a restaurant near by, they had no access to the Manager, Carl. We were ready to go to find other accommodations when someone who lives in the building called Carl; by then it was 9pm, we were drenched and very upset. Carl told me he left messages, and texts on my cell and he had left the key on the inner door. I have yet to receive any messages that he claims he sent; nevertheless, he did send an email receipt, which begs the question of how he was unsuccessful in communicating the info to get in, when he was successful in communicating the charges for the room....he could have called me, I had international cell phone service which is the way I received his email and it is the phone number that I list with hotels.com; he could have answered the listed phone for the appt; he could have communicated the information months before my arrival!! COMMUNICATION CARL!

Great serviced apartment for city centre stay

One night stay in Inverness for sight-seeing. Apartments within 5 minutes walk from the train station. Well maintained accommodation with facilities available for longer stays if needed (washing machine, iron+board), cooking)
