Honestly, the only things I wanted were a warm shower and a decent bed, and even that was disappointing."

The first room we were given had a terrible smell and a running toilet that wouldn’t flush. The duvet smelled terrible and the hotel was basically dilapidated. "Great breakfast in the morning- staff very friendly - need to remove the plastic from Covid time - Location is great - but the exit is awful- you most make a u turn to get in - need to make an accessible road behind the hotel"
