"One of the worst properties I’ve visited. There was no body soap, no hot water—can you believe that? There wasn’t even a microwave. I tried calling reception multiple times, but no one answered to address our concerns. The views are nice thanks to the surrounding nature, but overall there’s a lot that needs improvement."

"Domes are a newly added addition to the Baddeck Hotel, and private washrooms are being worked on and are under construction. The current bathrooms are in a private room in the hotel and are clean. Highway noise from the NS HWY 105 was loud. The dome was great, just needs a privacy shade for the glass entry door. Many heaters are included to keep you warm during the winter, and a heat pump is available for A/C in the summer. Overall, I had a good stay. The experience is bound to get better when...
