Great breakfast and friendly staff. Check-in is lengthy as usual. We've stayed here 11 times in the past 5 years, so overall we like the Hyatt. The room was clean but a bit dark even with all available lighting turned on. Carpets throughout the rooms and hallways needs cleaning.
